The West Hollywood Cannabis restaurant, which was to open on September 24, will finally start its operations in October. The Lowell Farm premises in West Hollywood will be located on a roof-top and will constitute a cannabis café, shop, and lounge. The premises will be a hue of green color that will originate from pretty plants hanging from both inside and outside. The management of the restaurant has asked customers to start booking their spaces early enough before the official launch date. The café offers an exciting farm-to-table experience for both meals and marijuana.
Lowell Farms is one of the most abundant cannabis restaurants across West Hollywood. Even though they have been serving cannabis-infused foods for the longest time, this will not be possible at West Hollywood. The reason behind this unfortunate move is because of the strict health laws and regulations surrounding the use of Marijuana at West Hollywood. According to the cannabis laws in the city, one can only operate one kind of cannabis business. You can either choose to open a consumption-only restaurant or a consumption lounge where clients can enjoy marijuana snacks, smoke, or vaporize at the premises. Lowell Farms decided to allow the second kind of business at West Hollywood where their customers will smoke marijuana and vaporize at their café. However, their initial plan was to prepare foods and beverages where THC or CBD would be added.
For West Hollywood, the laws and regulations surrounding the sale of cannabis-infused food were created before the State of California created its rules on marijuana. However, it will still be possible to enjoy cannabis- free foods and drinks that will leave you with the same ecstatic feeling that cannabis gives its users. At the table, you will have pretty lasses that will accurately explain every strain of cannabis product, their potency, and the effect. They will do all that while carefully rolling marijuana blunt for you. The executive chef at the cannabis restaurant, Andrew Drummer, will be ready with sumptuous foods and beverages when you get hungry after smoke or two. Andrew has been cooking for the restaurant since 2011, and at West Hollywood, he will vociferously prepare the marijuana-free foods.
The menu at the Cannabis restaurant will incorporate foods such as burrata and grilled peaches, a sandwich made from fried chicken, white bean hummus with crudités, and Brussels crispy sprouts. For customers who will prefer dessert, Chef Drummer will have a gigantic dessert platter consisting of peanut butter cookies, sweet potato beignets, caramel popcorn, crème Brulee, ice cream sandwich, and Thai chili almonds. The main objective of Andrew Drummer is to prepare food that will complement the cannabis-infused foods. Drummer stated that he was glad he was among the activists fighting for the normalization of the use of marijuana. He also enjoys catering to the customers who usually have a high appetite and a heightened sense of taste and smell after smoking. Andrew hopes to make people appreciate the value of cannabis and cuisine.
The director of Lowell Farms: cannabis restaurant says that the different types of the marijuana plant have different types of aromatic compounds that produce different aromas and flavors when combined. He compliments his chef, Drummer, for bringing an unforgettable experience at the table for their customers. Due to the strict California laws that prohibit the consumption of marijuana and cannabis together, the restaurant will not serve alcohol. However, Drummer will work his magic and prepare mocktails for clients such as Momilani and the fountain of youth drink.
The cannabis restaurant will be open from early morning and close at 2 AM. However, marijuana smoking at the café will only be allowed until 9:50 PM. For you to enjoy smoking after this time, you will need to place a pre-order and also pay for the marijuana. You can also decide to take-away the cannabis products such as vapes, buds, concentrates, and snacks, and you can get them from the shop. There are over 250 cannabis outlets across California.
