PROJECT SUMMARY

Many Sedla families rely on salt farming for their income and without any other option, parents are forced to take their children to work in the desert salt pans. There, the young are exposed to harmful conditions, disease, and dangerous insects. This project will create a childcare center in the desert during the salt pan season dedicated to fostering the physical and mental development of the salt pan laborers' children. The center's services will include providing those under its care with proper nutrition, routine checkups, and a primary education. Join Dana & Matt and partner with Sedla village to provide its children with a safe and nurturing environment.
