PROJECT SUMMARY
Our mothers have already given us the greatest gift - an education. So for Mother's Day, tell your mother how much you appreciated it and donate $25 to 1Well's Hamare Bachche ("Our Children") project. Hamare Bachche is a project run by the Self Employed Women's Association (SEWA - www.SEWA.org) that provides education and trauma counseling for children that lost one or both parents in the 2002 communal riots in Ahmedabad, India. Your $25 Mother's Day Gift will educate these children while also allowing their mothers to work and earn an income.
